    Employees access counselling confidentially

    Eligible employees are provided with an appropriate route to arrange their counselling sessions.

    Agreed invoicing and service reporting

    DCCS provides the organisation with agreed invoicing and appropriate non-clinical service reporting.

Employee Confidentiality & Organisational Reporting

Counselling remains confidential between the client and therapist, subject to the usual legal, ethical and safeguarding limits. DCCS does not routinely provide employers with counselling content or clinical notes. Where organisational reporting is agreed, this is limited to appropriate non-clinical, aggregated or anonymised service information.
