International clients: All fees are charged in euro (€). Your bank or card provider will convert the payment into your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

Video is the standard method for online counselling. Telephone appointments may be available where clinically appropriate or by prior arrangement.
Before Your First Appointment
Following confirmation of your appointment, DCCS will securely provide any information and forms required before your first session.
Before counselling begins, clients will be asked to confirm their current country or region, provide relevant emergency information, and agree to the DCCS Terms and Conditions.

Additional Consent Forms

Health Insurance
Some private health insurance providers may contribute towards the cost of counselling or psychotherapy. Cover varies between insurers, policies and countries. Please check directly with your insurer before commencing counselling.
DCCS provides receipts containing the practitioner's professional details where required. Clients normally pay DCCS directly and may submit their receipt to their insurer where eligible.
