A straightforward and confidential process for beginning online counselling with DCCS.

Individual Counselling

€100 per 50-minute session

Confidential online psychological counselling for adults.

Includes assessment, confidential online therapy, secure clinical records and professional follow-up where appropriate.

Pay Securely & Book

Young People, Ages 16–17

€100 per 50-minute session

Initial consultation and assessment required before ongoing counselling.

Includes assessment, confidential online therapy, secure clinical records and professional follow-up where appropriate.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

€100 per 50-minute session

Structured, evidence-informed therapy focused on understanding patterns of thinking and behaviour and developing practical coping strategies.

Includes assessment, confidential online therapy, secure clinical records and professional follow-up where appropriate.

Couples & Relationship Counselling

€130 per 50-minute session

Initial consultation and assessment required before ongoing counselling.

Corporate Psychological Services

By quotation

Psychological services for organisations, workplaces and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).

Payment is required to confirm your appointment. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.

International clients: All fees are charged in euro (€). Your bank or card provider will convert the payment into your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

Before Your First Appointment

Following confirmation of your appointment, DCCS will securely provide any information and forms required before your first session.

Before counselling begins, clients will be asked to confirm their current country or region, provide relevant emergency information, and agree to the DCCS Terms and Conditions.

Depending on the service you have booked, this may include:

  • Client Information Form
  • Intake Questionnaire
  • Counselling Agreement
  • Consent Documentation
  • Privacy Information

Please complete any requested forms before your appointment to help ensure your session can begin promptly.

Health Insurance

Some private health insurance providers may contribute towards the cost of counselling or psychotherapy. Cover varies between insurers, policies and countries. Please check directly with your insurer before commencing counselling.

DCCS provides receipts containing the practitioner's professional details where required. Clients normally pay DCCS directly and may submit their receipt to their insurer where eligible.

How to begin

Providing confidential, secure online counselling across Ireland, including Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia and selected Canadian provinces.

Booking and secure online payment are available.

Individual Counselling and CBT can be booked online. Young People, Couples and Corporate services begin with an enquiry so that suitability and service requirements can be discussed first.

What Happens After You Book?

After booking your first appointment, you will receive a secure online intake and consent form by email. This should be completed before your appointment and normally takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

The form allows DCCS to understand your needs, confirm that online counselling is suitable and explain confidentiality, data protection, fees and the counselling agreement.

Information submitted through the intake form is handled confidentially and is not displayed on the public website.
